Refund on products will only be initiated if it is returned intact and in original form.

In case of services, a full refund will be made if cancelled at least 7 days before the appointment, a refund of 80% will be initiated if cancelled between 6 days to 24 hours before the appointment and no refund will be made if cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment.

Credit will be made to the original mode of payment in 5-12 business days.
